JPMorgan Chase provides $5,250 Donation to Feed Health Care Heroes During COVID-19 Pandemic

500 meals from Savage Goods were provided to local health care heroes, thanks to a generous $5,250 gift from JPMorgan Chase to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.

Meals were distributed to health care workers at TTUHSC El Paso’s teaching hospitals, including University Medical Center of El Paso, El Paso Children’s Hospital and The Hospitals of Providence – Trans mountain Campus.

“JPMorgan Chase is proud to support our healthcare professionals serving on the frontlines in the continuing battle against COVID-19,” said JPMorgan Chase Market Executive Ruben Hernandez. “We thank them for their perseverance and for their unyielding commitment to the El Paso community.”

Generous donations from community partners like JPMorgan Chase help recognize and thank the hardworking individuals providing care for COVID-19 patients. These front-line heroes have shown their dedication, commitment and professionalism for months during the ongoing health care crisis.

The meals from Savage Goods, a local family-owned restaurant, were individually packaged and given to health care professionals whose long shifts and busy schedules often leave them with no time to purchase food for themselves throughout the day.
