‘Moana’ Shows at Red Raider Reels

On Friday, Sept. 29, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) continued its free summer movie series with a screening of the animated film “Moana.” Guests at the kid-friendly event were treated to a special appearance by the ocean princess herself and opportunities to take photos with the character.

Moviegoers also enjoyed free pizza, popcorn (for a $1 donation to the Student Excellence Fund), and a raffle for free TTUHSC El Paso swag.

Red Raider Reels is completely free and open to the public. Movies show at the lawn between the Medical Education and Medical Science Buildings every Friday through mid-October. All shows begin at sundown.
