The South Texas Chapter American College of Surgeons held its annual meeting in San Antonio February 25-27. This group is a conglomeration of medical surgeons focused on improving quality care, and providing education and advocacy for its members. Three residents and one medical student from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) were presenters at this year’s meeting.
