The TTUHSC El Paso Staff Senate presented Cecilia Rodriguez from the Department of Medical Education with an Applebee’s gift card for winning the second annual Green Valentine’s Day Contest. She used recycled materials including water bottles, tissue paper and popsicle sticks to create two flower pots for the heart-felt day. Congratulations!
