TTUHSC El Paso Unveils Health-themed Shuttle Wraps

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) is bringing a whole new meaning to excellence — through art.

Last week, students, faculty, and staff took note of three shuttle wrap designs that pay homage to each of the university’s schools: the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine (PLFSOM), the Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing (GGHSON), and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS). The medical and nursing shuttle wraps boast TTUHSC El Paso’s iconic school colors, Texas Tech red and black, with students in their medical scrubs. The biomedical science shuttle wrap features lab and scientific artwork, a nod to the institution’s strong research focus.

Last week, TTUHSC El Paso unveiled its new shuttle wraps. The designs pay homage to the institution’s Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing, and Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.

The shuttle wrap project evolved from a broader effort to build institutional recognition and pride in the community and set TTUHSC El Paso apart as a national leader in health education. The unveiling comes on the heels of recent expansion efforts, including the groundbreaking of the Medical Sciences Building II, which is expected to open in 2019.
