Zumba Fitness – Changing Lives

Make plans to have lunch and attend the Walkin’ the Talk lecture Zumba Fitness – Changing Lives on Wednesday, March 5, from noon to 1 p.m, in the MEB, room 1100. Karina Purdy from Body by Soul Zumba will explain what Zumba Fitness is and demonstrate how it works – with some help from a few volunteers!
